Hi,

The file sizes are the same as yours but the checksum's are not. vmkfstools reports that the files are not virtual hard disks, specifically:

"DiskLib_Check() failed for source disk 'vmware-io-analyzer-1.6.2_1-flat.vmdk': The file specified is not a virtual disk (15)"

So this is a symptom of a failed deployment, similar to what I reported earlier with the native client failing to deploy at all. I worked around that error by using the web client but have run into what looks like the same problem just at a later stage. The failed deployment with the native client is reportedly due to a failed integrity check. I guess the web client does not check as stringently as the native client and so "succeeds" during the deployment but produces a set of vmdk's that are not healthy.

I am going to try with the earlier version of the fling, v1.6.0

Thanks,

Ron
