I/O Analyzer backend relies on a valid IP address to communicate with a worker VM, so any VMs that do not have a valid IP address will be hidden to avoid user error. Please first make sure your desired worker VM has a valid IP address.
If the worker VM does have a valid IP address, please make sure the VM name doesn't contain special characters that might confuse the browser. We recommend to name VMs after a dash ( - ) or underscore ( _ ) separated name with letters and numbers only.
If neither IP nor VM name presents a problem in your case, please send your /var/log/daemon.log and /var/www/ioa.log to io-analyzer-info (at) vmware.com.
Thanks,
